Lundgren Subaru of Claremont is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team! Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts lookups, quotes, and orders
Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts efficiently through dealer systems and vendor networks
Maintain and organize parts inventory, including receiving, labeling, and stocking
Handle wholesale, retail, and internal parts sales — both in person and over the phone
Process returns, warranties, and special orders accurately
Support the service department by ensuring timely parts availability for scheduled repairs
Deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture
Automotive knowledge or dealership experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus)
Strong communication and computer skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a standard background check
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
