    • Communicate with customers via telephone and/or Internet regarding inquiries or follow-ups
    • Navigate digital parts catalogs for order processing 
    • Field 75-100+ calls/day with accuracy and detail
    • Coordinate with internal business teams to fulfill both retail and wholesale account needs 
    • Receive and check-in parts inventory to maintain inventory database
    • Other general support and assistance to the team as needed

    Prospective candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and remain organized while moving from order to order.

    Qualifications:

    • 3yr+ experience in automotive Parts or Service
    • Computer literacy
    • Able to self-direct + work in a team environment

    Must pass drug test & Motor Vehicle background check required.
