Job Purpose Utilize purchase orders as a matter of company policy. Responsible for meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department - striving for the highest in customer relations

What you will do... Responsible for accurate inventory accounting. Responsible for maintaining a clean well-organized department. Communicate with customers on the telephone and at the counter in a professional manner. Accurate invoicing and costing on all parts documents daily. Timely ordering shipping receiving and expediting of special orders. Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments. Set-up showroom displays for merchandising. Prepare documents for the return of damaged defective cores and warrantable parts in a timely manner. Timely ordering shipping receiving and expediting of special orders. Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments. Place weeklymonthly stock orders Assist in addressing complaints and resolving problems relating to Parts Department. Assist Parts Manager in finding the best buys from outside suppliers. Related duties as necessary for the accomplishment of theposition

Requirements Must have previous 3-5 years experience with construction partsequipment Heavy equipment experience. Must have valid Class 5 license

Skills Ability to safely lift 50 pounds frequently Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks including stretching turning twisting and reaching overhead Ability to bend crouch squat kneel and stoop for extended periods

Pay Range 24.00 - 29.00 per hour
