    Parts and Repairs Coordinator

    About the Job

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to manage and optimize our inventory processes. This role involves tracking inventory levels, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with various departments to maintain efficient operations.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage repair orders for rental equipment and company vehicles.
    • Review technician repair notes and input clear, accurate work order descriptions.
    • Enter parts, labor, and repair details into the Point of Rental (POR) system.
    • Ensure repair orders are complete, accurate, and ready for customer billing.
    • Maintain organized service records and support efficient equipment maintenance operations.
    • Oversee inventory tracking and control, ensuring accurate stock levels.
    • Analyze inventory levels and prepare reports for management.
    • Support shipping and receiving functions, including verifying deliveries and processing paperwork.
    • Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
    • Maintain organized and clean warehouse conditions.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
