Parts Coordinator

Primary function of this position is to order, receive, charge out and maintain an accurate inventory of all parts used for repairs to Benore equipment. The position requires professional communications, computer and presentation skills. Position represents the company in a positive image with employees, customers and the community always performing in a safe and ethical manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Responsible to accurately order parts as needed for both stocked and non-stocked items
• Responsible to follow Benore Maintenance purchasing policy process; assign purchase order numbers, verify and receive parts, ensure all documents are accurate
• Responsible to ensure all parts are properly charged out to the correct unit number in a timely manner
• Keeps accurate, ongoing inventory of all parts in all locations. Performs weekly cycle counts and quarterly inventory counts.
• Assists other locations with inventory control; enters inventory counts and adjustments from other locations.
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification program.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent is required; Experience in at least two of the following areas is required: Class 8 fleet maintenance, fleet parts control (automotive or truck); retail parts sales (automotive or truck); retail inventory control (automotive or truck parts)
