This position plays a key role in assisting customers and our service team by identifying, ordering, and organizing parts that keep equipment in the field and working.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and customer interaction - whether you have industry experience or a mechanical background looking for a consistent full-time schedule.What You'll DoAssist walk-in and phone customers with parts lookup and orderingUse manufacturer diagrams and systems to identify correct partsSupport the Service Department by sourcing parts for repair ordersReceive, stock, and organize inventory shipmentsTrack backorders and communicate updatesHelp maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle countsKeep the parts area clean, organized, and efficientBuild relationships with commercial and residential customersWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service attitude and willingness to learnMechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment, automotive, or tools preferredOrganized, detail-oriented, and dependableComfortable using computers and lookup systemsAbility to multitask during busy spring/summer seasonsTeam-oriented mindset - works well with sales and service staffAbility to lift 40+ lbs and remain active throughout shiftScheduleFull-time hours (40 hours per week)Flexible weekday scheduling (we will work around the right candidate)Additional hours available during peak season (spring/summer)Occasional Saturday rotation based on business needsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)Flexible schedule within a full-time structureEmployee purchase programTraining provided - we will teach the systems and product linesOpportunity for advancement within the companyWhy OECo?We support the contractors, municipalities, and homeowners who depend on their equipment every day.
