    Description


    This is a full-time, on-site position based in Temple, Texas. Candidates must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday during normal business hours. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Applicants seeking remote employment will not be considered.


    The Parts Associate is responsible for taking customer orders, placing orders with vendors, supporting the sales team, and providing backup to the warehouse.

     

    Parts & Sales Responsibilities:

     

    • Provides support to both Parts Manager and Distributor Sales Team for current and new customers & vendors including, but not limited to, ordering parts, tracking orders, resolving order discrepancies, fielding customer calls, and assisting with company’s e-commerce website.
    • Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development and Accounting to support customer and vendor needs.
    • Assists Parts Manager with monthly cycle counts and inventory control measures.
    • Assists Warehouse Associate with packing and preparing orders for shipping, and to ensure inventory is in-stock.

     

    Qualifications:
