Parts Associate
Solar Refrigeration & Appliance Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Parts Associate to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting our service operations by ensuring technicians have the correct parts when they need them and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities
- Order appliance parts from manufacturers and authorized distributors
- Track parts from order placement through delivery
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts records
- Research part availability, substitutions, and backorder status
- Coordinate with service technicians and office staff to ensure timely parts availability
- Return defective or unused parts in accordance with vendor procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized parts room and warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Communicate proactively with vendors regarding shipping delays and order issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or appliance/HVAC/automotive industries preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player
