Motoplex USA is hiring a motivated, organized individual to join our Parts team at our growing dealership.
Our Parts Associate assist customers and technicians by accurately identifying, selling, and ordering parts using catalogs and a variety of software systems. This role supports inventory control, warranty and return processing, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced powersports environment.
Powersports Parts Associate Responsibilities - Assist all retail and service customers in selecting the correct parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to every internal and external customer
- Sell parts over the counter, through the service department, and over the phone
- Utilize OEM parts catalogs and dealership management systems (DMS) to accurately identify, price, and order parts
- Accurately pull, stage, and distribute parts orders for technicians and customers
- Receive, check in, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper binning, labeling, cycle counts, and inventory control procedures
- Process parts returns and warranty-related parts in accordance with OEM and dealership policies
- Ensure proper documentation for warranty parts, cores, and returns, including tagging and timely submission
- Keep parts displays, shelves, and storage areas properly stocked, labeled, and organized
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department by disposing of packaging, sweeping floors, and dusting parts bins daily
What We’re Looking For - Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to professionally handle customer concerns
- Passion for powersports and the industry
- Solid work history with experience in parts or related fields
- Commitment to delivering your best work every day
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Proven ability to listen, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales
Working Conditions: - On-site Full-time position with overtime opportunities
