Check part deliveries for correct part number and condition.
Notify estimator of missing or damaged parts.
Deliver parts to technician and have them inspected for correctness.
Return wrong parts and assure that a credit memo is received for their return.
Keep parts room organized.
Keep apron outside of parts room clear for deliveries.
Scan all parts invoices into RO daily.
File invoices in vendor folders for payment
