This is not a desk job. You’ll spend your time in the field building relationships and helping customers reduce downtime and maximize equipment performance. You’ll:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote parts, service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions
Help customers extend equipment life and reduce costly downtime
Work closely with Equipment Consultants and internal teams
Visit customer locations throughout your assigned territory
Deliver consultative solutions that set BEC apart
Become a trusted advisor your customers rely on What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Prior sales experience preferred
Parts and service industry experience strongly preferred
Mechanical, hydraulic, or technical aptitude is a major plus
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
