Parts and Service Counter

Zoresco is seeking to hire a Parts and Service Counterperson to act as a subject matter expert and liaison between customers, vendors, technicians and our warehouse.

Job Duties
Follow all safety procedures and policies
Maintain clean, well-organized work area
Maintain and schedule necessary activities with Service manager and Warehouse personnel
Inform customers of the lead times for all their parts and repairs
Greet customers both on phone and in person
Assist with all warranty issues and details
Identify customer needs
Generate all parts and services quotes
