PARTS & INVENTORY COORDINATOR/RUNNER

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $21–$25/hour, depending on experience
Reports To: Service Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Livingston Development Ventures is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts & Inventory Coordinator / Parts Runner to support Fleet and Service Department operations. This position will manage parts ordering, receiving, inventory, and organization while also assisting with parts pickup and delivery between vendors and company locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order daily parts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Receive, verify, organize, and stock incoming parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts.
• Enter parts, invoices, receipts, and orders into the computer system.
• Process and track parts returns.
• Pick up and deliver parts from vendors and between company locations.
• Maintain clean and organized parts and shop areas.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean and safe condition.
• Provide professional service to vendors, customers, technicians, and internal departments.
• Assist Fleet leadership and Service Department with daily operational needs.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of parts, service, fleet, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Mechanical background preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise. The employee must be able to remain active throughout the workday and safely handle, load, and transport parts and materials.
