Espresso Services Inc. was founded in 1989 as a technical service company and has grown into one of the nation’s largest providers of imported espresso equipment and coffee program solutions. We partner with coffee shops, restaurants, and businesses to design and support complete programs—combining equipment, water treatment, and expertise to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Our mission is to help our customers succeed through exceptional service, technical excellence, and an experienced, consultative approach.
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts & Equipment Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations, keeping things moving by ensuring our sales and service teams have exactly what they need, when they need it. From coordinating orders to fulfilling specialty coffee equipment, parts, and water filtration supplies, your work will directly support the quality and efficiency our customers rely on. You’ll also get out in the field from time to time, making local deliveries and assisting technicians with equipment installations and removals. You’ll spend some time in our full service shop working on projects while getting hands-on experience with the equipment. If you enjoy staying organized, working with your hands, and being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment with real impact, this could be a great fit.
No extensive experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person. If you’re organized, eager to learn, and like working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
