Partnership Taxation Senior Associate
Location: Tulsa, OK 74136
Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office – effective March 2026)
Position Type: Full-Time
The Partnership Taxation Senior Associate will support tax compliance and consulting engagements for partnerships, S corporations, individuals, and trusts. This role involves working closely with the Partnership Business team to deliver high-quality tax solutions, identify tax-saving opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals and private companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support multiple client engagements including planning, execution, and completion of tax projects
  • Prepare and review complex partnership, S corporation, individual, and trust tax returns
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting services with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Research tax issues and collaborate with specialists to resolve complex matters
  • Assist in proposal activities and manage engagements within budget
  • Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries
  • Maintain strong client communication and relationships
  • Mentor and support junior staff on tax projects
  • Utilize tax software to prepare and process returns

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong experience in tax compliance (partnerships, S corps, individual, trust returns)
  • Must meet 150-hour requirement for CPA eligibility
  • Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)

Required Skills
