We are currently in search of a Partnership Activation Manager to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Partnership Activation Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of corporate partnerships with a primary focus on employee engagement and event-based activations. This role ensures that partner commitments are translated into high-quality, mission-aligned experiences that deepen engagement, strengthen relationships, and drive measurable impact. Working cross-functionally with Mission Impact, Marketing & Communications, and Corporate Partnerships, this role serves as the primary liaison with the donor to coordinate the execution of employee engagement opportunities, including volunteer events, campaigns, activations, and partner experiences, from planning through delivery. This position plays a critical role in ensuring flawless implementation, strong partner experiences, and consistent donor stewardship, aligning with broader partnership goals and organizational priorities.
Note: The ideal candidate for this position will work hybrid from our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, however all qualified candidates will be considered nationwide.
Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelors degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with emphasis in nonprofit management, business, communications, or another related field is preferred.
Experience
3-5+ years of experience in partnership implementation, events, employee engagement, or nonprofit program delivery.
Experience supporting or executing corporate partnerships and events preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint required.
Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.
