Partnership Role

As a Partner Veterinarian, you'll play an important clinical and leadership role by:

• Helping guide the continued growth, culture, and success of the practice as an owner partner
• Examining, diagnosing, and treating companion animals with urgent medical conditions
• Developing treatment plans and providing follow-up recommendations
• Performing minor surgical and medical procedures
• Maintaining accurate medical records

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary school
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine practice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced urgent care environment
• Interest in leadership, practice growth, and business ownership
