    Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment is seeking a motivated professional to develop and maintain partnerships with long-term care facilities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients while identifying opportunities to grow pharmacy, DME, and medical supply services.

    Requirements

    • Manage and grow relationships with assigned long-term care accounts.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    • Coordinate new client onboarding and support client retention initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy, DME, and medical supply services.
    • Conduct routine facility visits and build relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of client interactions and account activity.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
    • Travel throughout the assigned territory (up to 80%), including occasional overnight stays.
    • Educate and influence key decision-makers, positioning our LTC pharmacy, DME, and supply

    services to meet each facility's unique needs.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    • Bachelor's degree
    • LTC experience preferred
    • Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
    • Experience: 1-3 years of medical sales experience

    (pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred)

    • 1-3 years of B2B customer service experience
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; building rapport at every level
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, and Google Suite
    • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays
    • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
