    Partner Services Manager - Family First
     

    Position

    The partner services manager is responsible for managing multiple government-funded fatherhood campaign initiatives. This position reports to the director of partner services.

    What One Will Do

     Serve as the connection between our government partners, internal teams, and external agencies, ensuring that campaigns are strategic, on time, and impactful.

     

     In this role, one will:

    • Coordinate campaign planning from strategy through execution in partnership with our internal marketing team
    • Manage relationships with government partners, ensuring alignment, approvals, and trust
    • Keep complex projects moving—balancing timelines, deliverables, and budgets
    • Oversee reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) with accuracy and clarity
    • Coordinate with public relations agencies, advertising agencies for creative development and media placements
    • Support and promote live events that bring our mission to communities
    • Ensure every dollar spent aligns with mission and contractual expectations 

    Event travel as needed

    Provide other support for the Partner Services team as needed.

     

    Skills and Requirements

    ·         7+ years of experience in marketing, account management, and government contracts

    ·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    ·         Strong account and relationship management skills with multiple partner agencies including government partners

    ·         A collaborative mindset that thrives in group settings where problem-solving and teamwork  are key

    ·         Tech-savviness, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and online project management  tools

    ·         bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated

    ·         Hybrid work environment; 2 days in Tampa Westshore office
