    Description

    The Program Manager will support the Partner Sales team, partner and customer engagement, sales operations and business financial analysis within the WWPS Global Nonprofit and Social Good Technology organization. The role will include establishing and tracking processes and mechanisms that accelerate partner engagement, opportunity management and delivery, including program monitoring and tracking, dashboards, and working with customers on billing, and identifying and implementing process improvement.

    A successful individual will be customer obsessed in support of our customers, our partners and our sales managers and Account Executives. They will have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. The candidate must also be able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Work with the partner teams, sales leaders and account executives to ensure timely and accurate tracking of customer needs and partner engagement
    • Support all aspects of data management, dashboard creation, tracking and reporting on any partner related metrics and KPI's across the business
    • Work with contracts and the PMO to ensure funding programs and financials are in line with customer requirements and AWS guidelines
    • Support all aspects of billing and invoicing and respond to billing-related questions
    • Extract raw usage and financial data from business databases and data warehouse
    • Perform analytics to produce meaningful reports that enable decision making
    • Create methods for automating financial and performance reporting and data analysis to enhance efficiency
    • Consult with managers to ensure that adjustments are made in accordance with program changes
