Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing the partner deal registration and approval process, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to established criteria. You will also manage the onboarding of new partners and resolve inquiries related to the partner portal and its tools. A key aspect involves analyzing system metrics and supporting the ongoing maintenance of the partner management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and approve partner-registered deals.
- Audit partner-entered data for accuracy.
- Manage new partner onboarding procedures.
- Resolve partner queries regarding portal usage.
- Analyze tool metrics and usage patterns.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in quantitative roles within sales operations, finance, or business analytics, with a strong preference for experience in partner management or sales channel operations.
