We are seeking an accomplished Matrimonial Partner to join our growing partnership and further expand the firm's position as a market leader in high-stakes family law litigation and counseling.

Job Details

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in the New York State Bar
10+ years of sophisticated matrimonial and family law experience
Significant first-chair experience handling complex divorce and custody litigation
Demonstrated expertise representing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
Established referral network within the New York legal, financial, and private wealth communities
Portable book of business* ($750,000+)

Preferred Experience:
Matters involving $10M+ marital estates
Executive compensation and deferred compensation disputes
Closely-held business valuation issues
International custody and asset tracing matters
High-profile or reputation-sensitive representations
Experience working with family offices, private equity executives, hedge fund professionals, and entrepreneurial founders
