Partner-Led Demand Generation & MDF Programs

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Partner Marketing Program Manager to lead partner-driven demand generation programs that create measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
The successful candidate will serve as the central coordinator between partners, Microsoft stakeholders, and account teams, ensuring campaigns are effectively planned, executed, optimized, and measured. This role combines campaign management, partner engagement, pipeline operations, and executive reporting.
The ideal candidate understands how marketing activities translate into sales outcomes and is comfortable operating across both marketing and sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Program Management
You will own the execution and ongoing optimization of partner-led marketing initiatives, including:
- Planning and launching partner-to-partner (P2P) and partner-to-partner-to-partner (P2P2P) campaigns
- Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Driving campaign adoption and partner participation
- Monitoring performance and implementing optimization recommendations
- Ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and pipeline goals
Partner & Account Team Coordination
You will act as the operational hub between partners and Microsoft stakeholders by:
- Running structured weekly partner cadence meetings
- Leading discussions around pipeline status, opportunities, blockers, and next steps
- Coordinating target account strategies and co-selling motions
- Supporting MDF-funded campaign execution and tracking
- Ensuring campaign-generated leads are followed up appropriately
Pipeline and Opportunity Management
You will maintain accurate visibility into business performance by:
- Managing opportunity progression and pipeline tracking
- Maintaining data quality and reporting accuracy
- Ensuring Partner Center and related systems remain current and complete
- Monitoring pipeline health and identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Escalating issues that may impact program success
Reporting & Business Insights
You will provide clear and actionable insights through:
- Executive-level reporting on campaign performance
- Pipeline and revenue impact analysis
- Partner engagement tracking
- ROI measurement and optimization recommendations
- Quarterly business reviews and performance presentations

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, alliance management, or program management
- Experience supporting B2B technology marketing programs
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and lead processes
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Advanced project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft field organizations, distributors, ISVs, or channel partners
- Familiarity with MDF programs and partner-funded marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of co-sell motions and partner ecosystems
- Experience with CRM, pipeline reporting, and partner management platforms
- Strong presentation and executive communication capabilities
