Prizeout is a leading NYC-based fintech company where innovation meets financial empowerment. We provide rewards and loyalty solutions that help our partners deliver greater value to their customers.
Our team values humility, ownership, and problem-solving. We hire people who trust themselves, get things done, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
About the Role
The Partner Marketing Manager helps our credit union partners introduce and promote CashBack+ to their members. This person owns the day-to-day execution of partner marketing - from product launch materials and ongoing campaigns to clear messaging that helps members discover, understand, and use our products.
Working closely with Client Experience, Product, and creative resources, they'll develop marketing materials, coordinate campaign delivery, and work directly with partners to support their marketing efforts. They'll keep projects moving, maintain consistency across channels, and use partner feedback and performance data to recommend improvements. They will also maintain Prizeout's company marketing content, including sales materials, website content, and LinkedIn.
We're looking for someone who combines strong marketing judgment with hands-on execution, uses data to improve results, and asks both "What should we say?" and "How could this experience be better?"
