Key Performance Indicators

  • Quota: Achieve a defined amount of new business within the first 12 months
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a pipeline of ideal-client-profile (ICP) opportunities at 4 to 4.5x the monthly revenue goal, following an agreed-upon business development plan
  • Conversion Rate: Set at least 2 meetings/month in months 1–3, 4 meetings/month in months 4–6, and 6 meetings/month from month 7 onward
  • Close Rate: Close 25% of proposals — acquiring 1 new ICP account per month with a minimum yearly agreement value of $40,000

  • A 90-day onboarding plan, plus one hour of 1-on-1 developmental coaching from your sales leader each month

  • Customer-Centric: We prioritize delivering exceptional value and building lasting partnerships, measured by a Client Health Scorecard
  • Continuous Improvement: We foster a growth mindset and encourage innovation through regular sales conferences, team meetings, and other education
  • Accountability: We own our results and learn from our successes and challenges using objective standards

Ramp-Up Time

Ramp-up time is 9–12 months. Your sales leader will provide a ramp-up plan during your first week. The first 3 months are apprentice mode — shadowing calls, learning the ideal client profile and process, and building a prospect list. Months 4–6 involve prospecting with coaching support.

Performance Expectations

After the ramp-up period, missing defined objectives for 3 months within a calendar year is cause for termination.
