Position Summary
We are currently seeking a talented, hardworking, committed and intellectually curious Partner to support Trinity's Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing (EVAP) function. EVAP Partners fulfill a leadership role on multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. EVAP Partners have opportunities to manage daily client interactions with full oversight over project teams - client management, project management, employee management, budget, and financial management, and more. In addition, Partners contribute to new business development by working with other Leadership Team members to build and maintain client relationships at assigned accounts. Partners provide mentorship to junior employees across multiple teams. With exposure to the variety of strategic business issues covered by the EVAP team, this position offers qualified candidates the opportunity to take on challenging and rewarding roles.
The Evidence Strategy team is part of Trinity's broader Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) group. Evidence Strategy provides strategic and tactical support to biotech, pharma, and medical device clients on many aspects of evidence planning, value creation and demonstration, and scientific communication through real-world health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
Our team helps clients with holistic value propositions for innovative treatments, health economic models, literature reviews, primary research (with physicians, patients, and payers), secondary research (e.g., claims, EMR, registry, etc.), data analysis, medical and medical communication strategy, market shaping, medical education, field training/tools, scientific program management, stakeholder engagement (patients, providers and payers) and strategic publications (e.g., abstracts, posters, manuscripts, dossiers, etc.).
We partner with life sciences clients throughout cross-functional areas (e.g., commercial, clinical, medical affairs, market access, HEOR, etc.) to develop compelling evidence to drive product value, support strategic pricing, and improve patient outcomes through better market access.

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $290,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
