    About the Role

    • Client's program for the services firms and other partners that help customers adopt Claude. Those partners depend on a growing body of content to sell and deliver: program guides, enablement and training, Partner Hub resources and launch announcements. Several teams produce that content, and requests for more arrive from every direction.
    • We are looking for an experienced partner content manager to run that pipeline day to day: run the Partner Content Governance council, create new content and take it through approvals, triage incoming content requests and run partner-facing launch communications.
    • Additionally, this role will support the pilot of a new partner community, an invite-only Slack workspace where partner practitioners answer each other's questions and share what they have built. It starts as a pilot with a small, curated cohort of partner practice leads.

    What you will do

Run the Partner Content Governance council

    • Run the monthly council: set the agenda, prepare the materials, record decisions and follow up on actions
    • Maintain an inventory of partner content across the Partner Hub and Claude Academy, with an owner and a review date for each item
    • Flag duplicate, conflicting or out-of-date content and bring the fixes to the council

Create new content and get it approved

    • Draft and update partner-facing content: guides, FAQs, one-pagers, enablement materials and Partner Hub pages
    • Work with subject matter experts in Partner Experience, Partner Success and Partner Marketing to get the facts right
    • Take each piece through the required reviews and track it to publication

    Triage content requests

    • Run a single intake for partner content requests from internal teams and partners
    • Decide what happens to each request (answer it with existing content, queue it for creation or decline it) and tell the requester
    • Keep a prioritized backlog and bring the calls that need a decision to the council

    Run launch communications

    • Plan and send partner-facing communications for product and program launches: Partner Hub posts, emails and community announcements
    • Coordinate timing and messaging with Partner Marketing and the launch owners so that partners hear about each launch once, clearly and on time
    • Keep a launch comms calendar and a reusable launch checklist

    Support the CPN Community pilot

    • Moderate the pilot workspace, make sure questions get an answer and route anything that is really a support or account issue to the right team
    • Verify and onboard new members, and help enforce the guidelines on confidential content
    • Report on the pilot's four success measures: share of members active (target 50%), time to first answer, breadth of contributors and support deflection

    Leave a playbook

    • Document how partner content runs: council operations, intake and triage, approval paths, launch comms and community moderation
    • Hand over cleanly at the end of the engagement

    What we are looking for

    • Experience running content operations or a content program for a B2B partner, channel or customer audience
    • A track record of running a governance or editorial process across several teams, from agenda through decision to follow-up
    • Strong writing and editing: you can turn input from subject matter experts into clear, accurate partner-facing content
    • Experience taking content through legal, brand and marketing review and getting it published
    • Sound triage judgment: what to answer with existing content, what to build and what to decline
    • Experience planning and running launch communications across email, a partner portal and community channels
    • Clear, warm written communication with a technical and consulting audience
    • Experience moderating or supporting a B2B community, ideally in Slack, is a plus
    • Familiarity with systems integrator or consulting partner ecosystems is a plus
    • Hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools, and enough curiosity to follow what partners are building, is a plus
