We are accelerating growth in our Construction Claims & Dispute Management service line, building a multi-disciplinary team of delay and disruption analysts, quantum specialists, engineers, schedulers, and commercial managers. This expansion supports our clients in preparing and defending complex claims, improving claims governance, and resolving disputes efficiently.

CRUX analysis shows that in North America, average costs claimed are ~36% of CAPEX and time extensions ~60%, driven by recurring issues such as scope change, incomplete design, and contract interpretation—highlighting the need for early advisory and robust claims strategies.

We seek accomplished professionals with expertise in claims preparation and evaluation, delay and quantum analysis, scheduling and project controls, dispute avoidance, and a track record of success in Expert Testimony. Candidates with strong client relationships and market credibility who can contribute to the growth and financial success of our practice are especially encouraged to connect.
