As a Marketing Manager, you will set the vision and develop the marketing strategy for a specific business and set of partners to unlock both category growth & advertising revenue through a unique blend of offerings and high-value audiences. The marketing strategy will keep a lens on total company and macro industry trends while developing new initiatives to engage customers.

This person will have a proven track record of effectively communicating the value proposition of key offerings, delivering on goals, and communicating effectively with executive-level vendors and internal leaders. The Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with internal and external partners to deliver strategic campaigns and thoughtful marketing solutions. You are a strong leader and may have direct reports. This position will report to the Director or Sr. Manager of Partner & Category Marketing.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do
  • Evangelize Best Buy Ads solutions and value proposition to drive partner engagement, innovation, and business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that expand revenue opportunities and support category growth.
  • Build and manage key partner relationships, providing consultative marketing expertise and strategic guidance.
  • Leverage customer insights and shopping behavior data to optimize campaigns and enhance the customer journey.
  • Lead large-scale campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful partner strategies and business results.
  • Forecast revenue, monitor business performance, and recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Retail/Media/Marketing/Sales area
  • Deep knowledge of digital media, online marketing technology and its competitive landscape
  • Experience developing emerging talent or has shown exceptional leadership behavior
