    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Partner specializing in Capital Markets Law to join our dynamic team at Greenberg Traurig. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, equity financings, and securities compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and emerging companies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage complex capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, and debt offerings.
    • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on securities regulations, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner.
    • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in capital markets law.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital markets law, with a focus on transactions and securities compliance.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic counsel to clients.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • A portable book of business is highly desirable.
