Partner Business Manager - Personal Systems & Imaging
Location Requirement: The candidate must be based in Seattle Metro Area.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Partner Business Manager (PBM) to manage and grow relationships with 15-20 strategic partners in the Personal Systems (PS) and Imaging & Printing segments. This role requires a consultative approach to selling, strong financial and technical acumen, and the ability to view opportunities through the lens of partners, HP, and customers. The PBM will assess growth strategies, develop go-to-market plans, and drive revenue while embodying HP's core values of honesty, integrity, objectivity, competitiveness, and passion.

Salary:
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $159,000 to $200,000 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
