We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Attorney to join our Client's prestigious law firm. As a Partner with a portable book of business totaling $500,000, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of our firm. Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your extensive legal expertise and client base to generate revenue and expand our firm's business.
2. Manage and grow your portable book of business through effective client relationship management, business development, and networking efforts.
3. Provide high-quality legal services and strategic advice to clients across a range of practice areas, leveraging your specialized knowledge and experience.
4. Collaborate with other partners and attorneys within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
5. Actively participate in firm-wide initiatives, including recruitment, training, and professional development activities.
6. Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to your practice areas, and advise clients accordingly.
7. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of your work.
8. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm by actively engaging in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the bar in the state where the firm operates.
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with a proven track record of success and a portable book of business of $500,000.
4. Expertise in one or more practice areas relevant to the firm's focus, with demonstrated proficiency in legal research, analysis, and advocacy.
5. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
8. Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
9. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.

This position offers a competitive compensation package with a split compensation structure of 70/30%, providing you with the opportunity to earn a substantial income while contributing to the continued success of our firm.
