Why do we need you ?

Production - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6pm to 6:30am. Olyphant, PA

Particle Process Operator (PPO) safely operates and monitors equipment used to mill, grade, mix, filter, and process liquid and solid chemicals. The role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment, producing products that meet quality specifications, conducting testing and analysis, troubleshooting equipment issues, and accurately documenting production and inventory activities. PPOs work collaboratively to solve problems, follow production schedules, and ensure compliance with quality standards, GMPs, company procedures, and safety regulations.

• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Base pay: $23.00 per hour
• Night shift differential: $2.00 per hour
• Additional weekend night premiums:
• +$4.00 per hour for Saturday night hours worked
• +$5.00 per hour for Sunday night hours worked

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory control
• Monitoring equipment
• Use measuring equipment to meet product specifications
• Maintain accurate and efficient data input
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Windows 10
• Ability to independently follow an SOP/PCP/WIN
• Communicate well with other departments
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work area (this includes anywhere the employee works throughout the day)
• Demonstrate transferable skills in application (example: pH probes, scales, milling, and grading is fundamentally the same everywhere)
• Ability to multi-task, back-task, and prioritize assigned tasks
• Responsible for performing scheduled autonomous maintenance tasks
• Prepare material for quality certification
• Pass all audits
• Evaluate all tasks prior to performing them, both standard and non-standard, for risk. Complete the "Risk Assessment Form" without being told when a risk is personally perceived to be high. Make simple corrections to reduce risk and communicate the results to leadership.
• Accurate usage of acute toxicity category 3 and 4 chemicals

Is this job for you ?

• Experience in Production or Manufacturing is preferred
• A.S. or B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred, but not required
