    Overview:

    Analyze and compile all of the reference materials required to certify a musician’s covered earnings and contributions. Review and solve data inconsistencies.



    Job Description:


    • Produce statement of wages or ad-hoc reports to determine an accurate pension amount
    • Develop competency with internal database functions, (proprietary programs) Microfilm and Microfiche reader equipment, and the EDRS system, to obtain the exact amount listed for reported earnings and contributions
    • Assist in various research projects
    • Identify and analyze data that needs to be corrected
    • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to participant benefit inquiries
    • Contact Canadian office for records



    Qualifications Required:


    • HS Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 1 to 2 years of working experience supporting an executive or departmental leader
    • Detailed-oriented while also being able to multi-task
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to manage and retain sensitive and confidential information
    • Computer skills including Office 365, PDF applications/Adobe, Conference Call/Video Conferencing applications (Teams)
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
