Who We’re Looking For
- Energetic, upbeat individuals who can keep kids engaged and excited.
- Passionate about working with children-whether you have coaching experience or just love sports and kids!
- Prior coaching or athletic instruction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between class locations.
- Availability for weekday morning and afternoon shifts.
- Physically able to be active with children - running, jumping, playing - and capable of lifting and carrying equipment.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, high-energy sports and fitness classes using our structured curriculum.
- Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for every child.
- Communicate clearly with parents, teachers, and site directors as needed.
- Manage class logistics: set up equipment, track attendance, report class updates, and stay on schedule.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
