Part-Time Weekend Soccer Shots Coach

Weekends (Saturday + Sunday) | $22/hour | Paid Training | Seasonal or year around opportunities

Soccer Shots Colorado Springs is hiring energetic, dependable, and caring coaches to lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18M-8. No coaching experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know through our comprehensive paid training program.


Our mission is simple: to positively impact children's lives. Every week, you'll help build confidence, character, and a love for being active while making Soccer Shots the best part of each child's week.


Schedule
This position is focused on WEEKENDS at public parks + indoor facilities 
Ideal availability:

• Saturday AND/OR Sunday (approximately 8:45 AM-12:00 PM + 1-4pm)
• Available at least 1 weekend day for the entire season
• Consistent availability from January - March with opportunities to continue in our spring + summer seasons!

Coaches typically work 4-15 hours per week as part time coaches


What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 18M-8
• Teach character development alongside basic soccer skills using our expert-designed curriculum
• Set up and pack up equipment at each location
• Encourage every child through positive coaching and age-appropriate instruction
• Communicate professionally with preschool staff, parents, and the Soccer Shots Leadership Team
• Create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every child

No soccer coaching experience is required. Experience within the early education field is preferred. 


Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to be active outdoors and demonstrate basic movements during sessions
• Ability to pass required background clearances
• Available at least one weekend day 
• Able to commit to the season -- yearly coaching opportunities available for the right candidate
