Saturday Janitorial Specialist (Part-Time)
Schedule: Saturdays Only | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $20/hr
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Janitor to oversee facility cleanliness on weekends. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proficient with floor machinery, and tech-savvy enough to handle digital reporting.
Scope of Work:
- Floor Care: Operate auto-scrubber, sweep, mop, and vacuum all designated areas.
- Detailing: Dust surfaces and clean glass/windows in the lobby.
- Sanitization: Thorough cleaning and restocking of restrooms.
- Maintenance: Ensure the lobby creates a welcoming environment for the coming week.
Requirements:
- Equipment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to run an auto-scrubber.
- Experience: Proven history in commercial cleaning.
- Technology: Must possess a Smartphone for communication and task management.
- Logistics: Reliable transportation to the job site is mandatory.
