About the Role
We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Lead to support operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

What You’ll Do
- Receive, sort, and organize inventory with accuracy
- Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to keep things running smoothly
- Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures
- Be the on-site point person during your shift for team coordination and questions
- Communicate delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the HQ team
- Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed
- Double-check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy
- Share ideas with the Operations Manager to make processes more efficient
- Suggest workflow improvements that could make the team’s job easier
- Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice to Have:
- Forklift certification
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
