We#39;re Hiring! Part-Time Veterinary Client Service Representative

Queenstown Veterinary Hospital, a privately owned veterinary practice, is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Part-Time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team 20-30 hours per week!

Our CSRs are the welcoming face and voice of our practice. They help create a positive experience for every client and patient, making sure pet owners feel supported and their pets receive the care they deserve.

What You#39;ll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions.
• Check patients in and out and assist with payment processing.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Communicate with veterinary team members to keep the day running smoothly.
• Help clients understand appointment instructions and direct medical questions to the appropriate veterinary team member.
• Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming.
• Provide exceptional customer service, even during busy or emotional moments.

Veterinary or previous customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
