Summary

The Spa Attendant supports the daily operations of the spa by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment for guests. This role is critical to delivering a calm, professional, and well-maintained spa experience. The Spa Attendant works closely with therapists and spa leadership to ensure all guest areas are prepared and consistently meet brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of spa facilities, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and common areas
• Stock and replenish towels, robes, amenities, water stations, and supplies
• Ensure spa spaces are set up and guest-ready throughout the day
• Assist therapists with room turnovers between treatments
• Monitor guest areas and respond promptly to cleanliness or supply needs
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Provide courteous, discreet, and professional service to all guests
• Support spa operations with additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Prior spa, hospitality, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
