Part-Time Server for Assisted Living Facility

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Server to join our team at our esteemed Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will possess a warm and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents. This role is perfect for those who take pride in enhancing the dining experience for the senior community.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Assist in the setup and clean-up of dining areas before and after meals.

- Assist in dishwashing when service is over. 

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely meal delivery.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.

- Engage with residents to create a welcoming and friendly dining atmosphere.

- Address any immediate service-related concerns or escalate them as necessary.

- Support dining room operations by replenishing supplies and clearing tables.

-Collaborate with the cooks with prepping food. 

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in working with senior residents.

- Flexibility to work during various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods.
