This position assists customers with coffee orders, maintains organized and well-stocked shelves, processes and organizes returns, and performs basic office and administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a retail and office environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and Store SupportGreet customers and assist with coffee orders and product selections.Answer basic questions about available products and direct customers to the appropriate resources when needed.Process customer purchases and orders as assigned.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.Inventory and MerchandisingRestock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.Monitor product levels and replenish when inventory is running low.Organize merchandise and maintain neat, orderly displays.Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing returned items.Office and Administrative SupportFile paperwork and maintain organized records.Sort, organize, and distribute documents as needed.General ResponsibilitiesFollow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours consistently.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous retail, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for portions of the workday.Ability to bend, reach, and restock shelves.Ability to lift and carry merchandise and supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.Work ScheduleThis is a seasonal, part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday.
