Hours & Pay

• Part time hours - Night Shift
• Flexible scheduling 
• $20/hr. 
• Breaks included

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 year minimum kitchen experience - pizza shop experience is a plus!
• Work station cleanliness and organization
• Flexibility
• Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Able to take direction 
• Reliable & punctual

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Participate in daily kitchen closing procedures
• Set up & breakdown of station depending on shift
• Workstation cleanliness
• Prepare food and present to required standard
• Ability to take direction and work well with team
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management  

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (not required)
• Punctual & reliable
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time
