Flatirons Subaru is a locally owned dealership that has proudly served the Boulder community since 1984. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Department as a Sales Receptionist!
This entry-level position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry, develop valuable customer service skills, and explore future career opportunities within our dealership. We value promoting from within and supporting our team members' professional growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Welcome customers and visitors as they enter the showroom.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Notify sales staff of customer arrivals and help connect customers with the right team member.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and document organization.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area and showroom.
- Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and professional etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
️ Schedule & Compensation
- Position: Part-time
- Hours: 10 paid hours per week
- Schedule: Mondays, 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., including a one-hour unpaid lunch break
- Pay: $18 per hour
