You will be responsible for increasing sales within an assigned geographical area, engaging with local distributor partners and their sales teams, and activating product lines at our top retail accounts.What You'll DoOwn priority retail accounts through volume and sales growth.Achieve weekly target sales of at least 100 cases.Maintain consistent communication with distributor partners.Review and adjust priority accounts and focuses monthly based on needs, promotional schedules, new product launches, retailer launches, and seasonal selling patterns (in partnership with your manager).Manage and execute sales tactics and initiatives in accordance with sales goals and budget.Drive account‑level success, including demos and off‑shelf displays at priority retailers.Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager on a weekly basis regarding goals, tactics, and initiatives.Maintain clear communication with the full‑time Super Coffee team to cover goals and responsibilities.QualificationsAdhering to our COACH values (Curious, Optimistic, Ambitious/Accountability, Compassionate, Humble).Supporting store and distributor relationships.Achievement of weekly sales targets and performance goals.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in hospitality, fast‑paced food & beverage.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel).Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Proven sales experience; area‑specific sales experience preferred.Experience in accounting management or territory sales preferred.Valid state driver's license and car insurance.ExpectationsAverage of 20 hours per week.In‑field sales role.Prolonged periods of driving, standing, or walking.Ability to lift, push or pull 40‑50 lbs.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypePart‑timeJob FunctionSales and Business DevelopmentFood and Beverage Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
