The ideal candidate is: - Confident making outbound calls - Comfortable speaking with business owners, school administrators, church leaders, and organization decision-makers - Persuasive, personable, and professional - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Organized and consistent with follow-up - Goal-oriented and motivated by results - Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business - A strong communicator both verbally and in writing - Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems - Energetic and able to represent our brand positively in the community Preferred Experience Previous experience in sales, business development, fundraising, event sales, hospitality sales, B2B sales, community outreach, or account management is strongly preferred.

    15–20 Hours Per Week | 4–5 Days Per Week | Starting at $19/hour
     
    Are You a Natural Salesperson Who Loves Building Relationships?
     
    United Skates of America in Clovis is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to grow our group business and expand our relationships throughout the local community.
     
    This is not a traditional front-desk or customer-service position. The primary responsibility of this role is outbound sales and business development  identifying potential customers, making calls, developing relationships, following up consistently, and converting prospects into booked events.
     
    You’ll be representing a newly renovated entertainment facility and introducing local organizations to exciting programs and group experiences.

    Experience working with schools, churches, nonprofits, youth organizations, businesses, or community groups is a major plus.
     
    Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they have successfully prospected for customers, developed relationships, generated leads, or closed sales.

    Some flexibility in scheduling is available, but candidates must be able to work during weekday business hours, when schools, businesses, churches, and community organizations are available to contact.
