Preminger Plastic Surgery, a QUAD A-accredited office-based surgical facility on Park Avenue, is seeking an experienced RN to lead our clinical nursing operations. This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week, combining operative days with dedicated administrative time.
What you’ll do
- Circulate for aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery cases
- Lead QUAD A accreditation readiness: policies, logs, drills, QA/PI and survey prep
- Run infection prevention and sterile processing oversight
- Supervise and train medical assistants
- Manage clinical supplies and equipment
- Handle pre-op and post-op patient calls and coordination
What we’re looking for
- Current NYS RN license
- 3+ years of OR or perioperative experience, including circulating
- BLS and ACLS
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Preferred: BSN, CNOR, office-based or ASC experience, and hands-on accreditation survey experience
