About the Position
Tadco Supply is a family-owned janitorial supply and equipment business that has served the Bay Area for over 65 years. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated part-time Store Clerk to assist customers and support our daily retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Assist customers with cleaning supplies, janitorial products, and equipment.
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions.
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays.
- Keep the store and front counter clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, and product labeling.
- Help coordinate equipment rental and repair inquiries.
- Support general store operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions.
- Willing to learn about cleaning products and equipment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
