    Part-Time Remote Service Position – Allstate Agency

    Looking to add a flexible, part-time remote service team member to our Allstate agency.

    Role includes:

    •  Policy reviews 
    •  Policy rewrites 
    •  Cross-selling during endorsements 
    •  Claims follow-up 
    •  Handling overflow inbound calls 
    Schedule:

    •  ~20 hours per week 
    •  Flexible (2–3 days/week depending on workload) 
    Pay:

    •  $20/hour 
    We’re a high-volume, growth-focused agency, so looking for someone who is:

    •  Experienced in Allstate systems (preferred) 
    •  Strong with coverage conversations and customer service 
    •  Comfortable identifying cross-sell opportunities
