Part-Time Receptionist (Administrative) - Bilingual Preferred

We are hiring Part-Time Receptionists starting at $17 per hour! The schedule includes Friday and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, full availability on Sundays, and additional availability Monday through Thursday as needed. Candidates must be flexible to support opening, mid, and closing shifts based on business needs. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet customers as they enter the dealership
• Data entry
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail
• Flexible hours
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Comfortable with answering a multi-line system
• Professional appearance a must
• Friendly and courtesy disposition
• Bilingual, preferred
